QuinStreet is looking to improve its product management and technical delivery processes by hiring a detail-oriented and proactive team member to support product planning, manage the tech queue, and coordinate day-to-day sprint activities, especially with offshore development teams.
Requirements
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows and tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Exposure to software development or technology-driven projects.
- Experience running or supporting sprint ceremonies.
- Basic understanding of how product decisions translate into technical work.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day backlog management and ticket organization in Jira
- Coordinate sprint ceremonies, planning, standups, demos, and retrospectives, across both onshore and offshore teams (India).
- Track sprint goals, progress, and blockers, escalating issues when needed.
- Maintain clear visibility into project timelines and team commitments.
- Partner with tech leads to balance roadmap work, tech debt, and quick wins.
- Support data-driven decisions by tracking metrics like sprint velocity and completion rates.

- 1+ years of experience in product coordination, project management, QA, or technical operations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across distributed teams.
- Ability to manage overlapping priorities and coordinate across time zones.
- Interest in learning product management, agile delivery, and cross-functional collaboration.
