Requirements
- Experience with SQL, R, Python, Snowflake or related languages are desirable but not required
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and PowerBI are desirable but not required
- Experience with Property and Casualty Insurance, Underwriting, Claims, or related areas is highly desirable
Responsibilities
- Coordinate activities of the Product Team, serving as both Business Unit Liaison and Trusted Advisor in the development of Predictive Analytics, AI, Generative AI, and Machine Learning models
- Facilitate business understanding product development phase to evaluate business unit objectives, organizational structure, financial goals, user workflows, change management considerations, and technological systems
- Provide business leadership and subject matter expertise in defining product requirements and communicating with technical teams
- Engage with our AI Accelerator Lab to fast-track the development and implementation of high-impact AI solutions
- Develop comprehensive project plans, business documentation, and training materials for end users
- Manage and prioritize timelines and enhancement requests to ensure timely product deliveries
- Cultivate customer relationships and promote clear and effective communication among all stakeholders, key personnel, and executive leadership

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Prior product/project management experience is preferred but not required
- Travel requirements not specified, but position is located in Cincinnati office with a hybrid schedule
