Requirements
- Organized, strategic thinker with deep understanding of and experience assessing global consumer needs
- Understanding of the global running consumer & what drives them across sport, style & culture
- Strong communication and analytical skills, bringing a collaborative action-oriented approach to utilizing data to drive decision making and results
Responsibilities
- Support the creation & execution of a product line strategically aligned with the needs of the global consumer
- Conduct market research with a strong POV and passion for the running community and category
- Creatively brief and inspire the design and marketing teams
- Serve as global business unit consumer & data lead by collaborating with Direct-to-Consumer Merchandising, Consumer Insights and Global Merchandising
- Act as a category spokesperson with internal and external audiences to maximize the successful execution of product initiatives in the marketplace
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related area preferred
- 3+ years' experience in a product management, merchandising or related role
- Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment
