Vuori is looking to optimize its apparel product lifecycle management, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across the product lifecycle, from concept through production.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with PLM (Centric PLM, FlexPLM, Bamboo Rose)
- Proficiency with reporting tools (e.g., MicroStrategy, Tableau, Power BI).
- Understanding of end-to-end apparel product lifecycle processes, including design, material development, costing, sourcing, and production
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Proficiency with BI tools
- Experience with data governance and data stewardship
- Familiarity with ERP and PIM systems
Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize PLM enhancements, configurations, and workflows that improve user experience and support product development initiatives.
- Lead the requirements gathering process, develop functional specifications, and collaborate with technical teams for implementation.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements that reduce manual work, increase product master data accuracy, and improve visibility across the product lifecycle.
- Act as a trusted liaison between business and engineering to ensure alignment on priorities and timelines.
- Troubleshoot issues, coordinate with engineering and support, and ensure smooth day-to-day system performance.
- Maintain data integrity and alignment of product master data with downstream systems (e.g., ERP, PIM).
- Support day-to-day operational reporting needs using PLM and BI tools
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent years of experience preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or system support within apparel, footwear, or retail product development.
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams and communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
