Responsibilities
- Analyze global market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities and drive product differentiation.
- Coordinate forecasting, aligning market needs with commercial, R&D, and operations teams to ensure accurate supply.
- Collaborate closely with R&D to define and develop customer-focused innovations.
- Lead development, conduct Voice-of-Customer research, define requirements, and provide business justification for new products.
- Develop product release plans, including commercialization, competitive analysis, and pricing strategy.
- Translate customer feedback into actionable product features and improvements.
- Develop cases and financial models to support strategic decisions.

- Bachelor's degree in life sciences required
