Leap is looking to drive adoption, enablement, and retention across their core platforms, LeapCRM and SalesPro, by hiring a Product Marketing Manager to help shape a maturing PMM function.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of product marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS (internships and contract work welcome)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using data to inform decisions and measure results
- Organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Experience supporting or leading product launches and go-to-market programs with measurable business impact
- Familiarity with CRM, sales automation, or home services software is a plus
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end execution for product and feature launches, including messaging, asset development, enablement, and internal alignment
- Create clear, actionable collateral that supports adoption and value realization, including one-pagers, decks, battlecards, and in-app content
- Partner with Sales Enablement and CS to improve product fluency, accelerate ramp time, and support renewal and expansion conversations
- Collaborate with Product Management on positioning, naming, and release planning to ensure our GTM efforts align with customer needs
- Monitor market trends, collect customer and competitive insights, and translate them into messaging and enablement improvements
- Help elevate and scale product communication across channels, including monthly updates, release notes, and lifecycle campaigns
