The AI Program Management team at NetSuite is dedicated to accelerating AI development, adoption, and literacy across the organization. The team aims to drive innovation, efficiency, and growth for our internal and external customers by fostering a culture of experimentation and providing the necessary resources and support. The team empowers NetSuite employees to explore and adopt AI/ML technologies to improve their workflows and contribute to the AI product roadmap. The Program also empowers NetSuite customers to leverage AI for enhanced productivity and business success by supporting AI product development from initiation to release. Ultimately, the AI Program Management team strives to position NetSuite at the forefront of AI innovation, enabling the organization to deliver cutting-edge products and solutions to its customers.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent major and graduating by summer 2026
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA

Responsibilities

  • Incorporating Beta Customer or Early Adopter Product release feedback into future roadmaps.
  • Assess what customer feedback is technically feasible from an AI/ML perspective and scope out costs.
  • Create structured feedback mechanisms to enumerate, prioritize, and incorporate customer requests.
  • Develop an intimate understanding of AI/ML product features.

  • This FTE requisition is ONLY for a current Oracle PD undergrad intern to be rehired as FTE summer 2026
  • Intended for students graduating with their Bachelor’s degree by, or have graduated within, 12 months of cohort start date in June/July 2026
  • Target Start Date: early-June or mid-July 2026
  • Attend a university in the US.
  • Able to obtain work authorization in the US in 2026.
