PSEG is looking to solve the problem of ensuring the quality and effectiveness of its energy efficiency program offerings, including the implementation of new and existing products and services, and the management of energy efficiency projects in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated knowledge of end-to-end Residential and Commercial and Industrial (One or both may apply depending on job requirements) energy efficiency processes, including managing energy efficiency projects or project management, energy savings measures and techniques, and marketing practices.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel & MS Word)
  • Strong analytical and financial skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the utility industry, appropriate regulations, and applicable Board Orders.
  • Must be knowledgeable in Residential and Commercial & Industrial (One or both may apply depending on job requirements) energy savings measures and techniques.
  • Demonstrated high level of knowledge of residential and/or commercial and industrial energy efficiency programs, processes, and practices
  • Experience with energy management systems, HVAC, lighting, motors, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Execution of QA/QC policies and procedures; work closely with various business partners within the company to ensure the optimization of new and existing product and services.
  • Completion of QA/QC tasks including timely reporting to wider QA/QC team.
  • Meet with customers and vendors to perform QA/QC field visits and increase customer engagement.
  • QA/QC oversight of the processes for implementing energy efficiency projects in accordance with requirements for BPU approved energy efficiency programs.
  • Interface with PSEG associates, vendors, customers, and outside consultants to assure the Program rules and requirements are maintained, the projects are cost effective and the information needed for management and regulatory reporting is accurate and timely.
  • Manage customer relationships to provide program services with a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Compile and analyze data from various projects / sources to monitor the status of customer projects and report to management.

Other

  • 5 years of experience (with a Bachelor’s Degree) or 9 years’ experience in lieu of degree
  • Excellent written and verbal skill set.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills - must foster an inclusive work environment and respect all aspects of diversity
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
  • Bachelor's degree
