AVI-SPL is looking to train transitioning U.S. military service members in project coordination and AV project delivery through the SkillBridge program
Requirements
- Prior exposure to AV or IT systems
- Familiarity with tools like Excel, Smartsheet, or scheduling software
- Comfort in customer-facing or field environments
Responsibilities
- Learn and follow AVI-SPL project management processes and tools
- Assist with project coordination, scheduling, and documentation
- Participate in internal and external project kick-off meetings
- Support internal and external communications related to project status
- Monitor progress through site reports and raise issues as needed
- Assist with closeout documentation and project wrap-up tasks
- Shadow experienced Project Managers across different phases of the project lifecycle
Other
- Active duty service member approved for SkillBridge participation
- Interest in project coordination, operations, or AV/technology
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree not required but strong communication and organizational skills are necessary
