E2 Consulting Engineers, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Associate Project/Test Manager or Senior Analyst to support project manager and lead testing and implementation efforts for GE products across utility and industrial platforms.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in IT/OT projects with at least 3 years in a Test Manager or Project Manager role.
- Experience managing testing or delivery of GE Grid or GE Digital products (e.g., GE ADMS, GE DMS, GE EMS, GE Smallworld, GE Historian, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), QA methodologies, and project management practices (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
- Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., HP ALM, JIRA, Zephyr, qTest, Grip).
- PMP, CSM, or ISTQB Certification.
- Experience working with utilities, energy, or industrial customers.
- Familiarity with IEC standards, NERC/CIP compliance, or SCADA systems is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of GE product implementation projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
- Develop and maintain project plans and status reports.
- Maintain RAID risks/issues/action items/decision log and follow ups until closure.
- Define and own the testing strategy for GE products including functional, system integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Oversee creation of test plans, test cases, and test execution schedules.
- Manage test teams (internal or vendor) and coordinate test environment setup.
- Track and report test metrics, defect status, and resolution timelines.
