The company is looking to hire an Associate Quality Engineer to join their growing team and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal guidelines, analyze quality data, and improve processes.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of quality control standards, procedures, and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, FMEA, SPC).
- Quality management systems (ISO 9001, etc.) and regulatory standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to conduct root cause analysis.
- Proficiency in using quality testing equipment and software.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance procedures and standards.
- Conduct audits and inspections of production processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal guidelines.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Perform root cause analysis and corrective action plans for any non-conformities or quality issues.
- Oversee the development and implementation of inspection plans, testing methods, and documentation for products.
- Ensure all necessary testing (e.g., durability, safety, functionality) is conducted and meets quality standards.
- Maintain and update quality control documentation, including inspection reports, corrective action records, and test results.

- Onsite presence is required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and suppliers, to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees regarding quality standards and best practices.
- Monitor and report on the performance of quality improvement initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, standards, and regulations to ensure compliance with changing quality requirements.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
