Requirements

  • Exposure to and basic experience with one or more of the following technologies: Playwright, Selenium, and Cucumber.
  • Basic understanding of automation-first techniques such as BDD and Gherkin.
  • Basic understanding of cloud hyper-scalers such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Basic understanding of methodologies & tools such as XP, Lean, Azure DevOps, or GitHub to deliver high-quality products rapidly.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain advanced automation frameworks to drive “Automation first mindset” using modern tools and technologies to streamline and enhance the testing process.
  • Integrate modern tools and techniques into existing testing processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and coverage of automated tests.
  • Develop expertise in modern quality engineering practices and principles, including Agile methodologies and DevSecOps to deliver daily product deployments using fully automated in-sprint testing to accept the stories and work products throughout the SDLC lifecycle.
  • Translate business/user needs and UX/UI designs into test automation.
  • Develop quality engineering solutions that solve complex problems with valuable outcomes, ensuring high-quality test automations.
  • Embrace a culture of accountability for customer and business outcomes.
  • Actively advocate the importance of quality for products, ensuring high-quality automation coverage, appropriateness, feasibility, and alignment with business and customer goals.

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline with a graduation date between May 2025 - December 2025.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to handle diverse situations and changing priorities, behaving with passion, empathy, and care.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Dependable team player, willing to learn quickly, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Quickly acquire domain-specific knowledge relevant to the business or product.
