- Utilize Python along with advanced machine learning and deep learning models to predict key performance metrics
- Clean and process internal data related to mortgage investment portfolios using SQL and Python
- Compute relevant key metrics and visualize the results using Tableau
- Manage backend investment data using Java and dynamically visualize portfolio performance in real time
- Analyze the cash flows of investment assets and apply appropriate pricing models to determine their fair market value
- Analyze developments in various debt markets to assist Marathon in providing investing advice to our clients
- Monitor financial markets and data to formulate financial strategies for investments

- Ensure investments comply with Marathon standards, industry guidelines and governmental regulations
- Analyze and reviewing portfolio performance versus industry and market benchmarks
- Utilize and reviewing Marathon’s existing research and planning resources to analyze investment opportunities
- Address a client’s particular needs
