Requirements
Proficient in at least one statistical modeling language (Python or R)
Proficient with SQL
Knowledge of statistical methods
Responsibilities
Ensure the integrity and timeliness of model output, as well as the stability, conceptual soundness, and mathematical/statistical logic of the models
Liaise between business, technical and modeling teams, senior management, and governance committees to build efficient model verification frameworks
Consistently improve upon existing model validation processes, with an eye toward automation, efficiency, and robustness
Work with other model validation analysts to develop cross-team checks that can improve production processes across Analytics
Support dashboarding capabilities to support Quality Checks(interactive/automated/visual) that improve the interpretability of predictive models and underlying data
Other
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or financial discipline
Ability to stay organized and to quickly and efficiently handle multiple projects at the same time
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, while also taking ownership of projects independently with minimal supervision
Intellectual curiosity for the world of quantitative research
