To assist in the implementation, maintenance, and execution of machine learning (ML) and natural language processing (NLP) pipelines for translational research in women’s health and reproductive science at Mount Sinai Health System

Responsibilities
- Supports routine ML and NLP experiments using Python and the Hugging Face ecosystem
- Assists in the interpretation and visualization of ML results for clinical and research audiences
- Helps manage computing resources, datasets, and storage needs for ongoing projects
- Assists in the preparation of results for presentations, manuscripts, and grant reports
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams including clinicians, data scientists, and research staff

- Bachelors or Masters degree in science or related field required
- 1 - 2 years of research/laboratory experience
