Brightree is looking to convert new small-to-mid-sized HME/DME and Sleep Providers to Brightree's Resupply Essentials Platform by breaking into net new accounts and introducing them to Brightree's resupply solutions and services.
Requirements
- Exposure and knowledge of sales methodology such as Sandler, Solution Selling, Challenger and/or similar methodologies for managing complex sales.
Responsibilities
- Qualify sales opportunities; build and manage robust sales pipeline assigned territory.
- Leverage both Brightree partners and internal team including sales engineers, implementation services and product management as needed to establish qualification, business case and close new business.
- Maintain current activity and accurate forecast information within Salesforce.com, Gong, and other Sales Technologies.
- Identification of cross-sell opportunities and engagement with supporting sales team in execution.

- The primary role of a Associate Sales Executive is to lead sales efforts to convert new small-to-mid-sized HME/DME and Sleep Providers to Brightree’s Resupply Essentials Platform.
- You will diligently break into net new accounts by introducing them to Brightree’s resupply solutions and services.
- You will bring a hunter’s mindset with a strong desire to uncover opportunities from start to finish using your experience to qualify, present and close deals on a consistent basis.
- Meet / exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives and quotas.
- You considered yourself highly motivated and love to win
- Ideally you have a combination of 1 to 3 years experience in Healthcare, SaaS Software Solutions, Medical Device Technology, and/or High-Tech Software Sales
- You have a consistent track record of exceeding plan
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment with pressure to meet monthly and quarterly targets
- While you enjoy being on your own, you also consider yourself a team player with strong ability to rally cross functional members to a winning cause
- Technology fascinates you and you consider yourself curious and capable when it comes to technology solutions
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
