AssetMark is seeking entry-level Salesforce Administrators to help maintain, configure, and optimize their Salesforce CRM platform, while learning best practices from experienced professionals.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of relational data concepts.
- Salesforce Administrator certification preferred but not required.
- 0–2 years of experience working with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
Responsibilities
- Assist in configuring Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and record types.
- Support creation and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and list views.
- Perform basic user administration (user setup, profiles, roles, and permissions).
- Assist in data imports, exports, and deduplication.
- Collaborate with senior team members to troubleshoot and resolve user issues.
- Help document processes, configuration decisions, and system changes.
- Stay informed on Salesforce releases and new admin features.
