The company is looking to attract and develop top IT consulting talent to build its next generation of leaders through the LAUNCH Associate Development Program, specifically focusing on developing Associate ServiceNow Developers.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of Enterprise Service Management (ServiceNow) solutions
- Working knowledge of Application Development
- Prior intern, co-op, or research experience in IT, software, or relevant field is a plus
- Successful completion in a technical–related bootcamp
Responsibilities
- Start out in a 3-month training program within our Enterprise Service Management (ESM) practice focused on ServiceNow solutions.
- Work on client projects based on skillset, personal interest, and business needs.
- Develop key skills that will support your development as a technical and consulting expert.
- Exercise sound reasoning, ingenuity, and inclusive perspectives to analyze issues, solve problems and make recommendations.
