AspenTech’s Digital Grid Management (DGM) organization is looking for an Associate Software Developer to contribute to the development of the Web Integrations & Management™ products within the DGM Web team. AspenTech’s Web Integrations & Management™ products are a collection of web-based applications that assist users in the configuration, deployment, and management of AspenTech’s DGM software.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming with languages like Java and/or C-Sharp.
- Proficiency with web development tools and technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript).
- Exposure to web frameworks and libraries such as Angular, React, or jQuery.
- Familiarity with database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling concepts.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., Angular, TypeScript).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to implement features and functionality aligned with business and user needs.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code; actively participate in design and code reviews.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize both front-end and back-end application performance.
- Maintain accurate documentation for codebases, workflows, and development best practices.
- Stay current on emerging technologies, web development trends, and industry best practices.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- The salary range for this role is $70,700.00 - $88,400.00.
- This role is also eligible for bonus or variable incentive pay.
