Parsons is seeking a talented Software Developer to join the Parsons X PMIS team, to expand skills and knowledge as a software developer, working alongside excellent mentors, and to contribute to the development of web-based applications.
Requirements
- Experience with server-side languages
- Proficiency with server-side languages such as C-Sharp, Java, NodeJS, or Python
- Experience with Microsoft .NET Platform for desktop and web applications
- Familiarity with relational databases such as SQL Server or MySQL
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with version control systems
Responsibilities
- Application development, collaborating with the product team to design, code, and debug software applications with a focus on web-based applications
- Front-end and back-end development, ensuring responsiveness, and implementing security features
- Work with technologies such as NodeJS, .NET, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python and will engage with frameworks such as Microsoft Power Platform, React, or Angular
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams, problem-solving, and adhering to best coding practices are essential for success in this role

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related field
