Requirements
- Knowledge in Java or any programming language
- SQL/NoSQL Databases
- Cloud architectures
- Understanding of Software Engineering standards and concepts especially with Object-Oriented languages like Java
- Understanding of database technologies and languages SQL/NoSQL
- Experience with Spring Boot
- Experience with Apache Camel
Responsibilities
- Design, Develop and maintain high-performance microservices using Java Spring Boot.
- Develop REST APIs using Spring MVC Framework, Spring Boot Framework, Apache Camel, other tech stacks (Open source and proprietary)
- Collaborate with Offshore teams to manage deliverables, conduct code reviews, and maintain best practices
- Ensure code quality through automated testing (unit, integration), logging, monitoring and alerting
- Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize microservices interactions and database access
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical design sessions
- Partner with application owners, business partners and peer groups regarding long and short-range technical solutions that meet business requirements
Other
- 0-1 year work experience as an engineer
- 4 years of relevant background/course work in Computer Science/Engineering
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering field (Computer Science), Master’s degree preferred
- Excellent communication and Stakeholder management skills
- 40 hours of work per week
