Requirements
- Knowledge of software development practices and processes
- Familiarity with algorithm design and data structures
- Experience with one or more of the following: Java, .NET, C-Sharp, HTML / CSS / JavaScript, SQL, NoSQL, or Angular
- Familiarity with RESTful web services and / or Cloud APIs
- UX, Web development, or mobile development
- Database modeling
- Inventiveness and eagerness to work with experimental technology
Responsibilities
- Receive and evaluate feature requests
- Identify the best solution to implement features
- Code, test, and deploy changes
- Be involved in technology planning to serve Schwab's clients
- Work on front-end, back-end, or full-stack development
- Participate in the Software Development Lifecycle
- Collaborate with a small team to build technology capabilities
Other
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related discipline
- Ability to start full-time with the program on January 26, 2026
- Demonstrated leadership potential
- Passion and interest in solving problems applying innovation and experimentation
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship
