Hireology is looking to add an Associate Software Engineer to their team to help design, develop, and deploy features that drive their talent acquisition platform forward.
Requirements
- Experience with or interest in full-stack development (frontend, backend, database).
- Hands-on with AI-based coding systems like Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, etc...
- Solid understanding of at least one programming language (C-Sharp, JavaScript, Python, Java, etc.).
- Exposure to C-Sharp, .NET, PostgreSQL, Next.js, or other related technologies.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and version control systems like Git.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a team to develop and maintain full-stack applications, focusing on scalability, performance, and usability.
- Leverage AI tooling and workflows to increase productivity and improve the development experience
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team-wide best practices.
- Work closely with Product and Design teams to understand requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.
- Debug and troubleshoot software issues in real-time, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Learn and grow your skills by working with experienced developers and adopting new tools and technologies.

- 0-3 years of experience in software engineering, coding, or development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- A passion for learning new technologies, coding standards, and agile methodologies.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and work in a team-oriented environment.
