Requirements
- Shipped 0-to-1 AI features and translated technical power into real value.
- Fluent in LLM concepts and comfortable making smart bets in ambiguous spaces.
- Understand and apply the right models and tools to solve problems.
Responsibilities
- Stand up end-to-end features using LLMs, vector search, and streaming APIs.
- Move fast with rapid A/B testing, prompt tuning, and iteration in live environments.
- Touch every layer from infra-as-code to UI in a fast-moving product squad.
- Harden scrappy prototypes into real, scalable software.
