Requirements
- Expertise in SQL for working with large datasets
- Ideally with tools like Tableau or PowerBI
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and proactively identify data quality issues
- Comfortable in agile environments, managing multiple priorities, and independently driving projects from discovery through delivery
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to understand key metrics, data sources, and business goals
- Taking ownership of the end-to-end data lifecycle, including data management, conducting ad-hoc analysis, and designing, developing, and maintaining analytical solutions, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Translating complex data into clear, actionable insights, proactively identifying trends and anomalies, and communicating findings effectively
- Acting as a partner to internal organizations by shaping metrics that reflect team performance and product impact
- Demonstrating a proactive approach to drive projects and initiatives from beginning to end
Other
- Have a Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics or Data Science or its equivalent work experience
- Ability to work in a flexible environment, managing multiple priorities, and independently driving projects from discovery through delivery
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work in a global team with diverse perspectives and backgrounds
