The Hartford is looking for high-performing students with demonstrated leadership skills to join their Operations & Technology Leadership Development Program (LDP) to develop critical leadership and functional skills in various IT and data-related areas, ultimately building a talent pipeline for key Technology and Data roles within the company.

Responsibilities

• Develop critical leadership and functional skills in areas such as IT Engineering, Application Development, Cyber Security, Data Analytics, Agile, DevOps, Digital Adoption, Project Management, and Process/Business Analysis.
• Rotation assignments designed to build technical acumen, technical solution delivery skills and industry knowledge
• Access to supplemental project work to build on your skillset
• Structured learning curriculum for career foundation and functional, role-based skills
• Exposure to Leaders across the organization
• A talent pipeline to key Technology and Data roles within The Hartford as you transition from program graduation

Other

• Students expecting to graduate in December 2025 or May 2026 with a Bachelor’s degree.
• A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher at the time of graduation
• Must have a record of high achievement, analytical thinking, initiative and process improvement
• Demonstrated commitment to extracurricular activities on campus or within the community
• Ability to demonstrate strong communication, agility and teamwork
