The Engineering Propulsion Laboratory (EPL) is seeking a Test Engineering Associate Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team of test engineers that conducts hazardous test operations with ordnance, propulsion systems, mechanisms, cryogenics, and hydraulics, while operating under tight schedule and cost constraints.
Requirements
- Certified Test Conductor (CTC)
- Experience training and providing on-the-job training for CTC's
- Automation Frameworks procedure writing and execution
- VE-CAMS familiarity
- Ordnance Handling and Test

Responsibilities
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of test engineers
- Conduct hazardous test operations with ordnance, propulsion systems, mechanisms, cryogenics, and hydraulics
- Implement training, mentoring, and onboarding programs for both new hires and experienced engineers
- Oversee test execution
- Evaluate workload, staffing levels, and resource allocation to ensure safe, on time, and on budget delivery of test data and hardware validation
- Ensure a highly skilled, safety conscious workforce capable of meeting mission critical objectives
- Develop and execute Automation Frameworks procedures
