The Advanced Technology Centers (ATCs) are looking for Salesforce Administrators and Developers to design, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions to meet client business needs and address unprecedented challenges in a rapidly changing global environment.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Salesforce Configuration and Customization is preferable.
  • Understanding of Software Development and Testing, Programming, Database Management, Data Migrations, Integrations using APIs.
  • Must have strong eagerness to learn and build technical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and customize Salesforce.com applications to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and implement workflows, reports, dashboards, and custom objects within Salesforce.
  • Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and functionality of the implemented solutions.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes to ensure compliance and facilitate knowledge sharing.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications, including troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
  • Understand Software Development and Testing, Programming, Database Management, Data Migrations, Integrations using APIs.

Other

  • This role requires on-site presence at the local ATC office 2–3 times per week.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
  • 1 year of experience as a Salesforce Administrator / Developer is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
