Millennium Space Systems needs to build and administer projects and elements within JIRA and maintain the health of JIRA, coordinating maintenance and upgrades, while also serving as the main point of contact for user questions and training.
Requirements
- 3+ years of JIRA and general Atlassian product administration experience
- 3+ years of general web application administration experience
- Programming experience with Python, Java, SQL, JSON, and Groovy
- Experience with modern web application administration
- Experience with GitLab or similar version control tools
- Experience administering other Atlassian products such as Confluence
- Comfortable with Linux and general server concepts: Patching, Storage, Networking, and Apache web
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain projects, workflows, issues, permissions and more in JIRA to support Millennium program and team requirements
- Monitor the health of Millennium's JIRA servers and other Atlassian tools and ensure minimal downtime and maximum data availability
- Plan and build multiple JIRA environments for development and testing in addition to production and performing data migrations as necessary
- Assist users in the usage of JIRA and other Atlassian products and provide small or large group training when necessary
- Prepare and maintain documentation on the design and usage of Millennium's JIRA and other Atlassian products

- This position requires an active U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)
