NCR Atleos is looking to solve the problem of ensuring maximum ATM uptime by providing technical support for Automated Teller Machine (ATM) equipment across the U.S.
Requirements
- Must have 2 years work experience with any technical discipline
- Must be Intermediate Level with MS Excel
- Ability to type a minimum of 60 wpm
- Proficient in MS Outlook and Word
Responsibilities
- Provide support using in-house tools to identify inactive ATMs, analyze and run remote diagnostics in order to resolve ATM issues that will ensure maximum ATM uptime
- Research service history on ATM’s to identify service issues
- Utilize monitoring tools and ticketing systems for addressing issues
- Manipulate data within excel to analyze ATM inactivity
- Manage multiple avenues of issues through monitoring, email and phone to ensure business expectations for service standards are met
- Effectively communicate issues and status updates with business users, service providers and management teams, professionally adjusting language and terminology as needed
- Call customer locations to identify issues with ATM’s

- Associates degree required or relative work experience required
