Shure is looking to build next-generation product features enabled by machine learning and artificial intelligence in the field of audio processing
Requirements
Deep experience in application of machine learning to audio, video, and/or other digital signal processing, transformation, or generation
Demonstrated experience with leading machine learning tools and libraries
Experience or understanding of common ML-Ops patterns is a plus
Experience with full stack development is a plus
Responsibilities
The intern will work as part of a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers to create, design & implement cutting-edge audio features and products.
The intern will solve problems through research, collection/creation of data, and through architecture, training, and evaluation of deep neural network models targeting audio functionality (single and multi-channel audio processing algorithms, speech enhancement, music enhancement, audio classification, etc.)
The intern may adapt models for implementation in a range of platform environments.
The intern will adopt mature machine learning software engineering practices (e.g. shared toolkits, repos, experiment tracking).
The intern will record findings, results and notes in collaborative documentation tools.

In-process of a PhD or advanced Masters electrical engineering, computer science, mathematics, statistic, physics, data science, machine learning or field related to research science; with some project.
A self-starter who capable of digging deeply into ideas and concepts and generating rapid prototypes
