Keystone Autism Services is seeking a Job Developer to provide personalized employment services to individuals, helping them assess work interests, skills, and needs, prepare for and locate jobs, and sustain employment, aiming for inclusive everyday lives and employment objectives.
Requirements
- Ability to obtain Association of Community Rehabilitation Educators (ACRE) certification or equivalent within 6 months of employment
- Intermediate computer skills, ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel Outlook and learn web based systems

- Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation, Business, Marketing, Education, Psychology, or a related field
- Associate’s degree and one year of work experience related to job assessment, job finding, or employment supports
- High school diploma or equivalent and two years of work experience related to job assessment, job finding, or employment supports
- Effective communication skills, verbal and written
- Valid driver’s license and daily access to a properly insured vehicle
- Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including motor vehicle record and criminal background checks
