Peraton is looking to solve the problem of maintaining and enhancing automated test scripts and creating and executing test procedures to support development, integration, regression and user acceptance testing.
Requirements
- Familiarity with GitHub workflows or other CI/CD approaches that will work with Git repositories
- Experience with automated test frameworks and tools such as Robot Framework, Selenium, Pytest, Unittest, and others
- Experience maintaining and enhancing existing automated software testing scripts
- Hands on experience with test automation in cloud-native or containerized architectures
- Knowledge of GitHub Packages and artifact management for test results
- Experience setting up branch protection rules and required status checks based on test outcomes
- Familiarity with code coverage tools and static analysis
Responsibilities
- design and write automated test plans and procedures
- analyze test results and develop and review code as necessary
- document bugs in the provided tracking system and provide test reports
- maintaining and enhancing automated test scripts
- creating and executing test procedures to support development, integration, regression and user acceptance testing
- setting up branch protection rules and required status checks based on test outcomes
- working with developers to ensure test coverage and quality gates
Other
- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience OR a Master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience OR A PhD with 3+ years of relevant experience
- TS/SCI with current Poly
- An additional 4 years of experience maybe considered in lieu of a degree requirement
