MISO is hiring an Automated Solutions Developer to design and deliver automation solutions that make a real impact across the organization, unlocking new efficiencies, simplifying complex processes, and making a measurable impact across the business.
Requirements
- Proven success working with automation technologies, such as: Development platforms, Low-code platforms, Scripting languages
- Experience using process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, BPMN) to map and improve workflows.
- A solid understanding of APIs, databases, and system integrations to connect systems and streamline operations.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and agile methodologies, with a track record of delivering automation solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce manual work.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions that reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
- Work with RPA (Robotic Process Automation), Python, and low-code platforms to deliver scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, analyze workflows, and create solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Enable and govern citizen development by training business users, implementing governance frameworks, and ensuring security and compliance standards are met.
- Bring forward new ideas and approaches to keep our automation strategy innovative and effective.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
