Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, test, and implement automation solutions using RPA and related technologies.
- Conduct thorough end-to-end testing of automated solutions.
- Provide support, root cause analysis, and debugging to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
- Monitor and maintain the health, performance, and availability of automation platforms.
- Contribute to technical documentation, specifications, and project artifacts.
- Apply information security standards in code development.
- Collaborate with line of business partners to analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop automation solutions.
