Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in RPA development using Automation Anywhere.
- Experience in software development and automation solution delivery.
- Apply information security standards in code development.
- Basic understanding of quality assurance practices.
Responsibilities
- Define requirements for new automation features and enhancements aligned with strategic priorities.
- Participate in solution design to ensure alignment with business needs and user experience.
- Develop, configure, test, and implement automation solutions using RPA and related technologies.
- Conduct thorough end-to-end testing of automated solutions.
- Provide support, root cause analysis, and debugging to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
- Monitor and maintain the health, performance, and availability of automation platforms.
- Contribute to technical documentation, specifications, and project artifacts.
Other
- Collaborates with line of business partners to analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop automation solutions.
- Communicate effectively with peers, business partners, and technical teams.
- Ensure compliance with Center of Excellence (CoE) standards, security, risk, and change management.
- Identify and recommend process improvements and best practices.
- Embrace mentorship and training from senior engineers.
