Clarios is looking to solve business process automation and improve operational efficiency through the application of AI and machine learning models
Requirements
- Developing AI solutions using tools like Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch, while following best practices in code quality and documentation
- Applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to break down complex challenges into actionable tasks
- Ability to learn new technologies and propose innovative ideas during brainstorming sessions
- Managing time efficiently, taking ownership of responsibilities, and contributing positively to a collaborative team environment
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science or Information Technology
- Ability to be in the greater Milwaukee area in the summer
- Must have a quiet workspace away from interruptions, with the option to work in the office
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and extend AI agents to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency
- Apply Generative AI and machine learning models to solve complex challenges and support various business functions
- Collaborate across teams to identify automation opportunities and integrate AI tools into existing infrastructure
- Analyze large datasets to extract insights and support data-driven decision-making
- Research emerging AI and automation technologies to recommend best practices and contribute to innovation
- Document workflows, participate in technical discussions, and support dashboard/reporting tool development
Other
- Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university
- Ability to be in the greater Milwaukee area in the summer
- Up to 40 hours per week, with part-time during the school year may be available
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the US without the need for sponsorship, now or in the future
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science or Information Technology
