Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python for automation and data workflows
- Experience with Snowflake and SQL for data transformation
- Hands-on experience with Power BI for dashboards and reporting
- Proven proficiency in at least one scripting/automation language - Python is required for building data pipelines and automating workflows.
- Experience working with data in Snowflake (SQL + Python) to transform raw inputs into usable datasets.
- Hands-on experience creating reports and dashboards using Power BI, including handling complex or unstructured source data.
- Experience automating business processes using Power Automate or similar tools (e.g., UIPath, Automation Anywhere).
Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated workflows using: Python for ETL, API calls, log analysis, and rule-based actions
- Power Automate to automate business processes (e.g., data ingestion, status updates, approval routing)
- Snowflake to clean, model, and store data for automation pipelines
- Power BI to create dynamic dashboards that visualize system health, process performance, and operational metrics
- Take ownership of existing automation workflows during onboarding - including inherited scripts, dashboards, and processes.
- Collaborate with IT teams for access, security reviews, and compliance requirements.
- Troubleshoot issues in automated systems - diagnosing root causes in data flow, logic, or integration points.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience working directly with business teams to understand needs, define automation opportunities, and deliver solutions - including ongoing maintenance, refinement, and support.
