ConstructConnect is seeking an Automation Developer to optimize business processes, integrate systems, and enhance efficiency through automation using Python, RPA, AI, and APIs.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python* or a similar general-purpose language for automation and data manipulation.
- Experience working with APIs and consuming API
- Knowledge of RPA tools (Power Automate, Selenium, Beautiful Soup).
- Familiarity with AI/ML models and their application in automation workflows.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
- Knowledge of data processing and ETL workflows.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate).
Responsibilities
- Develop automation solutions using Python to streamline processes and dataflows that may connect to Microsoft or Google products (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Power Automate, GCP, etc.).
- Integrate APIs to enable seamless data flow and system interoperability.
- Utilize RPA tools (such as Power Automate and Python) to automate repetitive tasks.
- Implement AI-driven solutions including large language models (LLMs) and other artificial intelligence-based solutions, to enhance automation capabilities.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
- Work with stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation business process automations.
- Monitor and troubleshoot automation solutions optimizing performance and resolving issues as needed utilizing root-cause analysis.

- Bachelor’s degree OR 6 months of successful experience in another role within ConstructConnect OR demonstrable skills or 2+ years of experience in a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize automation solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Team members are expected to maintain a dedicated and ergonomically appropriate remote workspace.
- All team members must reside and perform their work within the United States.
