Requirements

  • Robotics and/or Intelligent Automation platform development - preferably Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, NICE NEVA
  • Using AI/ML for business solutions
  • Java, Python or other scripting languages
  • Data and process modeling, system and application testing, software development life cycle, application design and architecture, programming, implementation, change controls, and application maintenance

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge robotic process automations (RPA) and desktop solutions that solve business challenges and keep data security at the forefront.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, assess feasibility, and deliver scalable solutions that make a measurable impact.
  • Create robust test plans and performance benchmarks to ensure your automations are fast, reliable, and production ready.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues, often leading teams through troubleshooting and solution design.
  • Craft clear, user-friendly documentation that enables adoption, sustainability and seamless production support.
  • Estimate timelines, define project scopes, and deliver results that exceed expectations.
  • Establish and enforce automation standards and best practices.

Other

  • Seven to nine years of relevant work experience with programming concepts, development logic or automating complex processes
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, project management, and teamwork/collaboration skills
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience
  • Ability to learn quickly and progress rapidly from theoretical exercises to real world delivery and monitoring tasks
  • Drive for accuracy of work with attention to details and results oriented
  • Self-starter with an eagerness to learn new technologies
