Requirements
- 7+ years of experience building and automating enterprise Salesforce solutions using Flows, OmniStudio, Apex, and LWC
- More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a Automation Engineer
- More than seven (7) years of Salesforce development experience using various Salesforce products (e.g. Service Cloud, Data Cloud , CRM/Case Management etc).
- More than 3 years of experience in configuring and customizing Salesforce solutions using declarative tools (Flows, OmniStudio, Validation Rules) and Apex/LWC where needed to automate business process and case management processes.
- 6 months of experience in integrating Salesforce with other business applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, and middleware (MuleSoft and other API & integration platforms).
- 1 year of experience in Salesforce data model and security model
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer certificate.
