The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Operational Excellence Office at Huntington is looking to drive process efficiency and streamline business processes, reduce manual effort, and enhance operational performance across the Corporate Risk organization.

Requirements

• SQL
• Python
• Tableau
• Process mapping tools (e.g., Visio)
• Methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma)
• Archer GRC tool
• MS Office Applications, specifically Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Process Improvement Consultants and Segment stakeholders to integrate automation into Lean Six Sigma and other continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in process mapping sessions and/or governance documentation reviews to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and automation opportunities.
• Translate business requirements to technical requirements and consult with other technical teams to identify the optimal solution.
• Lead technical delivery and continuously improve automation and analytic solutions following a Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Design, develop, and deploy Tableau visualizations and Python automation queries across multiple risk departments.
• Track and report on automation performance, ROI, and operational impact.
• Coach teams on best automation practices techniques.

Other

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years technical experience
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Must be self-motivated and tenacious, thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, and complete tasks to agreed schedules.
• Willingness and ability to learn new technologies on the job.
