Our large financial client is seeking a selenium QA resource to support a secure data platform for new projects and enhancements
Requirements
- Selenium/Java
- scripting or programming experience in the language of the testing tool (Java, VB Script, etc)
- Experience using Quality Center
- Experience with Agile methodology or similar
- Experience with Web-Services testing using SOAPUI Pro tool
- Experience testing web applications
- Experience using Bug Tracking tools
Responsibilities
- reviewing requirements, building test strategies and test plans to test execution
- maintain existing automated regression suites in Selenium and building new
- test execution
- opening defects and using Bug Tracking tools
- test data set-up and data conditioning for a banking application
- defining and implementing software testing strategies
- Web-Services testing using SOAPUI Pro tool
Other
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- 5+ years of software quality assurance and testing experience
- 3+ years of demonstrated scripting or programming experience
- Experience in all SDLC disciplines such as requirements, design, code, implementation/user support
