CBRE is seeking a full-time Automation - Robotic Sustainment Program Manager to achieve the company's strategic business objectives, specifically to coordinate the sustainment of robotics-centric automation solutions within assigned market or client account.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of Smartsheet, Workfront and Google Suites.
- Ability to apply PMO methodology and enforce project standards
- Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
- Preferred experience with some data center infrastructure projects.
- Preferred experience with robotic process automation.
- Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
- Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
Responsibilities
- Work with key stakeholders to Develop/implement/report timelines, budgets, goals, and deliverables of the project.
- Review business requirements and other documentation from multiple sources to identify and resolve cross-initiative dependencies and ensure consistency of approach.
- Act as a planner for Automation Sustainment Administer/implement/report on maintenance plans Ability to generate/monitor Purchase Orders
- Guide small to medium cross-functional projects and programs end-to-end using a formal process.
- Use predictive analytics for long-term planning & execution of robotic deployments within an active data center
- Establish metrics to improve process and efficacy
- Acquire clear understanding of product requirements by reviewing, understanding and interpreting technical specifications, blueprints and engineering illustrations, mockups, and prototypes
Other
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to work on a highly professional level with Client, internal team members, and external partners
- Travel Requirements - 25%
