The company is looking to solve the problem of automating testing processes using Selenium with Java, and is seeking an experienced Automation Selenium Tester to fill this role.
Requirements
- Hands on exp in Selenium (IDE, RC, Web driver & Grid), Junit, Testng, Java Coding, Automation Framework, Cucumber, Maven, BDD, TDD, J2EE, SOAPUI, QTP
- Strong Programming skills in Java/Core Java
- Technical competency and experience with web applications, web services, Java, JS, node.js, J2EE, XML, and DB
- Experience using data driven tests to validate API calls in J2EE architectures both manually and using automation tools
- Strong Unix/Linux skills
- Excellent knowledge of QA methods and practices in agile environment
Responsibilities
- Automation Testing using automation testing tool, Selenium (IDE, RC, Web driver & Grid)
- Web services (using SOAP UI) and Mobile Testing (Android and iOS)
- Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Unit Testing, API Testing
- Automation Framework (Junit, Testng)
- Documenting software defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects to software developers and project managers
- Programming and Coding in Java
- Writing and executing detailed test cases, test plans and test design documents for back and front end testing
Other
- Min 3-4 yrs Exp in Selenium Automation Testing with Java
- Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent (MS a plus)
- Exp with US Clients will be a plus
- Contract- W2 employment type
