Requirements
- Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens or equivalent).
- Experience with SCADA, MES, and HMI design and configuration.
- Familiarity with database systems (SQL, MySQL) and data analytics tools.
- Understanding of robotics integration and machine vision systems (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Integrate and maintain PLCs, HMIs, robotics, sensors, and control systems.
- Troubleshoot and optimize automated equipment to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
- Develop and maintain custom software tools, scripts, and dashboards to support manufacturing operations.
- Integrate automation systems with MES, ERP, SCADA, or other enterprise software platforms.
- Create data collection and visualization tools for process monitoring and decision-making.
- Document system configurations, software code, and maintenance procedures.
- Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality through automation and software solutions.

- 3+ years of experience in industrial automation, control systems, or software engineering in a manufacturing environment
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
