Requirements
- Experience working on RPA tools (like UiPath or Power Automate or Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere, etc.) and AI, Machine Learning, industry development standards and their implementation.
- Strong understanding of software development concepts and procedures.
- Experience in identifying the root cause of RPA defects and providing timely resolution.
- Exposure to wide variety of technology problems and their solutions and use that to drive the adoption of best practices around coding, design, quality and performance in the team.
- Analysis and verification of technical requirements for completeness, consistency, feasibility, and testability.
- Identification and resolution of technical issues through unit testing, debugging, and investigation.
Responsibilities
- design, develop and implement automation solutions using RPA and AI tools/platforms
- lead troubleshooting of production issues involving off hours support as needed and provide break fixes
- Participates in risk management activities and works on the remediation/mitigation plans
- Understand the business needs of the client and mapping the To-Be process and translating the process into automated steps, supporting both to the functional and the technical part of the requirements.
- Configuring new automated processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand.
- Creating robust attended and unattended automations using object cloning, keystrokes, image recognition, PDF, OCR screen scraping, exception handling, and other technologies.
- Monitor and support automations in production. Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of automated processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required.
