Johnson Lexus of Raleigh is seeking a Full-Time Automotive Product Specialist to expand its team and provide excellent customer service to its guests.
Requirements
- Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office;
- Internet proficient and technology savvy;
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests in a timely, efficient and friendly manner;
- Showcase purchased vehicles with enthusiasm and knowledge;
- Have a working knowledge of all vehicle models, as well as service and performance enhancers;
- Set up Bluetooth Systems and Navigation;
- Assist Sales Consultants with demonstrations of vehicle features when needed;
- Communicate to each guest the importance of the survey while maintaining a positive attitude;
- Assist management and Sales staff with additional tasks as needed.

- Ability to maintain a positive attitude while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
- Possess excellent customer service skills;
- Be self-motivated and able to accomplish tasks with little supervision;
- Must be comfortable sitting and standing for long periods of time;
- Must be able to meet company’s employment requirements;
