Aviation safety through machine learning
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR)
- 2+ years of experience with model fine-tuning and deployment
- 2+ years of experience with Large Language Model (LLM) integration
- 2+ years of experience with custom machine learning modeling (PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Experience with Databricks
- Experience with AWS
- Experience with aviation, geospatial, and weather datasets
Responsibilities
- train, test, deploy, and maintain models that learn from data
- apply best-fit ML algorithms and technologies
- collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, solutions architects, and aviation experts to deliver world-class solutions
- define an ML strategy for our nation’s airspace
- conduct statistical analyses on business processes using ML techniques
- deliver a customer-focused solution
- support aviation safety
Other
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to work cross-functionally with various product work teams
- Experience with executive-level summaries and briefings
- Must be eligible to participate in Booz Allen’s benefit programs
