Requirements
- 7+ years of experience with Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR)
- 7+ years of experience with model fine tuning and deployment
- 7+ years of experience with Large Language Model (LLM) integration
- 7+ years of experience with custom machine learning modeling, including PyTorch or scikit-learn
- Experience with Databricks
- Experience with AWS
- Experience with aviation, geospatial, and weather datasets
Responsibilities
- Train, test, deploy, and maintain models that learn from data
- Lead the direction of mission-critical solutions by applying best-fit ML algorithms and introducing leading-edge technologies
- Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, solutions architects, and aviation experts to deliver world class solutions
- Guide clients as they navigate the landscape of ML algorithms, tools, and frameworks
- Conduct statistical analyses on business processes using ML techniques
- Apply ML techniques to solve real-world challenges and define ML strategy for the nation’s airspace
- Work with various product worksteams to deliver solutions
Other
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to work cross-functionally with various product worksteams
- Experience with executive-level summaries and briefings
- Knowledge of FAA operations
